OWNA Annual Meeting in Rockland, ME. Project development

In Colaboration with several sailing associations, OWNA Exec Director, Liz Andrews, and Chair of the Board, Donna Lange, join in with Seven Seas Cruising Association and Women Who Sail organizations as OWNA begins a new season, vamping up their programs for the upcoming cruising seasons as cruisers head south on the east US coast for their winter season in the Caribbean. Continued plans are in place to build membership and project development on the west US coast as well. Donna Lange just completed her second solo circumnavigation, spending a month in Panama, the gateway to the Pacific going west....the gateway to the Caribbean to the East... all vital OW project areas.
